Congratulations on your team’s success in qualifying for the 2016 Division Il Tournament.
Housing and food arrangements are made according to the rules in the 2016 Minnesota American Legion Baseball Rule Book. The local committee will house and feed your registered players and coaches. (Only those on the Team Roster that you submitted electronically will be authorized to receive such housing and feeding.) All others (bat persons, drivers, scorekeepers, additional coaches, etc.) will be required to pay for their own expenses. Arrangements and expenses have been provided for a maximum of 18 players and two coaches. All others traveling with the team must provide for their own accommodations. The Le Sueur Henderson committee will be happy to assist you in arranging for such needs. You will get your exact team assignments when you check in at Southwest Hall at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter. Minnesota.

Have the following forms entirely and accurately completed and ready to be checked upon arrival. Please be organized. These forms should be presented upon arrival at check-in at LeSueur
1. Valid birth certificates for all players. (See Rule 2 (H) Proof of Age - page 14 in the Rule Book.) There will be no exceptions. If you have questions in this area, ask your District Director for help.
2. Players housing forms prepared in triplicate. (Form 100.12.)
3. Chaperone responsibility forms in triplicate. (Form 100.22.)
4. A complete set of National Form # 2s (Parents Consent and Medical Information.) signed by the person authorized to provide such permission. This also includes the coaches and bat persons. Sorry, anyone who does not have these forms completed correctly will not be allowed to participate in the tournament until the form is received by the Director.

Only registered players and coaches will be provided tickets. All others wishing to attend this banquet may purchase pre-sale or at the door tickets for $15.00.
