Congratulations on your Team qualifying for the State Tournament. This year's host,
LeSueur Post 55 and Sibley Post 74 Henderson and the Department Baseball Committee are proud to have you as a participant.
The tournament host committee has been working hard to provide a "first class" event. We hope you have a great time. You will be playing at the fields at LeSueur and Henderson. Information is provided in the Coaches information packet.
The Local Committee will be housing and providing food, meal money or food vouchers for the registered players while in the tournament. The procedure will be explained at the coach’s meeting.
Players, please, conduct yourselves in a responsible manner at all times. You are representing your community, your Legion, your friends and parents. You can still have fun without causing problems. Let's make this a rewarding experience for all. We thank you in advance for your cooperation. Any player ejected from a game will be sent home from the tournament! Any player or team that conducts themselves in an unsportsmanlike manner – ON OR OFF THE FIELD – will be eliminated from the tournament and sent home!

(The reporting time is from 12:30 – 3:30pm at the Southwest Hall at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota
A banquet honoring all teams will take place at 7:00 pm on Thursday, July 28, 2016. The banquet will take place at Alumni Hall, Jackson Campus Center, Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, MN. Dress for this occasion is a dress shirt, pants, and shoes. Parents and fans may also attend and may purchase tickets for $15.00 per person. Reserved tickets can then be picked up and paid for when guests arrive.
Your coach is not responsible for this chore. You must make the reservations (if required) and pay for the tickets.
OPENING CEREMONIES/PLAYER/TEAM/POST PARADE
Opening ceremonies will begin at Bruce Frank Field in Le Sueur starting at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, July 28. All players are requested to be in uniform as they are lead to the field by their respective posts/representatives by 5;30 P.M.
NOTE: We regret our staff is not large enough to assist you in finding lodging facilities. Unfortunately the duties surrounding a state tournament are such that it takes all of us to complete the task.
You will get your exact team assignments when you check in at Southwest Hall.
